Yellow Jacket Social Club

Menus, Posters & Merch

Known as “The Pride of the East Side,” Yellow Jacket has long been home to just about everyone—punks, bikers, skaters, artists, service workers, and blue-collar regulars all sharing the same space. It’s the kind of place where different worlds overlap naturally, holding onto a version of Austin that’s getting harder to find.

I worked with the team across menus, posters, and merch to help bring a bit of visual consistency to that energy without over-shaping it.

A look that fits the place, not the other way around.

The goal wasn’t to build a rigid system, but to establish a look that felt natural to the space—simple, flexible, and easy to carry across everyday materials.

Straightforward typography, minimal graphic elements, and layouts that prioritize clarity. The work stays out of the way, letting the character of the place come through.
